If you use a white eyeliner on your waterline it will give an illusion that will make your eyes look bigger xx

Concentrate dark eyeshadow on the outer corner or your eye.

Light shimmery colors open up the eye whereas darker colors recede. I remember when I first started wearing makeup I would take a black eyeliner and draw raccoon eyes on thinking that helped to make them look bigger and boy I was wrong ;p

Also line the outer half or your lower lash line.

Use a thick top liner with no wing. This'll make them look larger and rounder. Use nude pencil on the waterline. Use lots of mascara on top and bottom, or even better, false lashes. :)
