Coconut oil. Less shampooing and more frequent conditions. I use a leave in conditioner and drink plenty of water and try breaking habit of heating your hair.

I shampoo my hair once a week and condition everyday/other day. Look into products with no sulfate to prevent a film on your hair preventing the follicles to grow. I have naturally thin hair and I've noticed coconut oil treatments leave me with soft silky flawless hair. It's cheap as well in the cooking aisle.

Split ends can only be removed by cutting them off. There is a way to prevent them, But treating them and getting rid of them without cutting them off isn't possible, and most likely if a product claims it will get rid of them, It's either claiming prevention of split ends, or a very big waste of your money.
Use it as you would with shampoo or conditioner, or Use it as a hair mask. It's not a big difference.

No problem dear and thank you. I had hair down to my mid back and got spontaneous and chopped it off. Biggest regret ever so I've tried just about everything the natural way to get the length back. Be patient and treat yourself to scalp massages while your shower to get the blood flowing in your head.
