I really want to know how to pacifically achieve the bottom part of the eye to make it look so dark but yet appealing and the corners? X.

It looks like smudged eyeliner :) Almay sells a.certain eyeliner that has a smudge brush at the end of it that perfect for shaping your eyes :)

I don't think its smudged eyeliner but that just the eyeshadow. Light creamy color with a brown and black shade, eyeliner and on the eyelid as well and fake lashes.

Just apply black eye shadow on the bottom of your lash line with a small smudge brush n apply black eyeliner on your water line and lash line for tht dramatic look
