I've used Vaseline and after a couple uses I saw some results. Not major ones but if you keep using it they will grow.

The only one that truly works is eye lash growth serum is the only thing that works,vaseline doesn't work it just gives off the illusion of growth because it sticks the hair together at the base root.I also say this with experience of only being aloud to wear vaseline on my lashes in my early teens and curl them and now at 36 no extreme length or fullness here for my lashes hence why I tried lash serum and seen actual results but keep in mind you must continue using which is the down side, plus if this were true about vaseline I believe the mascara or eyelash serums or even castor oil or any other so called remedies would be out of business right? Because Vaseline would be the so called remedy to all our issues with eyelashes..which is not the case and people want to believe it works when it does not and it's not because things work differently for other's because we all have hair it would be silly to say that.It's petroleum jelly read up on that..I say eye lash serums are your best bet and you can get one's at low cost as wet n wild serum or rimmel serum which work the same :)
