I've heard that shampoo strips your hairs natural oils & such but conditioner is good for your hair. would it be okay to just use conditioner on your hair sometimes?

Not all shampoo's are bad!! If I were you I wouldn't skip out on it, I would try to get a better shampoo. But if you are super worried about keeping your hair moisturized there are really good hair masks just at the drugstore! Keratin and morocan are my favorite combination, I used it for a week and I was like wow! My hair felt like it was when I was a little girl before all of the damaging heat and coloring

Look up the baking soda and vinegar shampoo and conditioner. My hair has grown so much and it's so much healthier

Depends on the shampoo you get. Try and find one that doesn't contain sulfates. Some conditioners also contain sulfates which can still strip your hair. Just check the ingredient label.

No but only actually wash you hair every two to three days because if you wash your hair daily It causes more oil to be produced. But make sure everyday you rinse it with water

Just don't wash your hair everyday. And you can water down some conditioner, put it in a spray bottle and use it as a leave in.

Try a vegan shampoo that doesn't contain sulfates, parabens etc.

Some people swear by co-washing, only using conditioners to clean your hair. Basically get a cheap conditioner - many because they are the most watered down and wash. It takes a bit for your hair and scalp to get used too. I tried it but couldn't get into it. like some of the other ladies said sulfate free and don't wash everyday.

I wash every two days at the Most, but usually more like 3 or 4 with dry shampoo between. Once you do it a while it seems like your hair gets used to it. I bleach mine platinum and still don't have much more breakage than before I started which is saying a lot :-)
