I recently heard of silicone mix is supposed to help your hair be healthier and look better... has anyone tried it and does it work?

Hi Kayla,
Silicone may make your hair appear to look better as it will look glossy and fill in any areas of breakage, however I wouldn't use it long term to make your hair healthier as it could end up in moisture loss and make your hair dryer and more damaged. If you're looking for a smoothing cream that has moisturizing properties, something like coconut oil may be a better option for you.
