Have any of you tried the mustard powder hair mask for hair growth? And if you have how long did it take for your hair to grow?

I have not tried that mask, but I soak my strands in coconut oil every night and my hair grows super fast. Like, 5 inches in just one month, so I'm constantly getting it trimmed.
