Uh, I don't think there's anything you can really do about it. You can put minimum makeup around your eyes, to draw less attention to them.

My cousin has the same problem. its barely noticable in real life, but in pictures I get it could be annoying. but she solved it by a simple trick with the eyeliner :) make the smaller eye thicker than the other eye. its magic trust me. she feels much more confident now taking photos and everything.. try it.

Ugh! I also have one eye smaller than the other but thats normal (: everything in our body is smaller than their other part, I saw that in anatomy last year... What I do its make my eye line a little bit smaller than the other, but in shape I don't know

Well I kinda have sth similar not so big diffrence though but I have a scar in my eyebrow that messed up my eyelid a tiny bit thanks to a surgeon when I was 2. but one things for sure... your face and body will never be symetrical. were unique :3.

Maybe try using a white liner on the inner part of your eye to make it apear larger. try things out.

You can try making the liner thin & a little bit thicker on diffrent eyes top lid? & white liner thats all I can think of. (p.s) your very pretty j.s :)
