So I've had my hair many different rainbow colors and I want my hair to be half pink and half light blue. I want a dye that won't fade and will stay bright long! Anyone know any good dyes?

All I can say is manic panic hair dye and also go to Sally's! They have people who know a lot about hair dyes to find the best for you.! Though from past experience mp is super bright and only has to stay in for an hour or two for super bright color.
