Plain white toothpaste. apply it to the stains, let it sit for a few minutes, rub it in & wipe it away with a damp washcloth

If you still have dye in the tube rub it on and wipe it off with a wet rag right after, tint takes off tint. Or you can run to sallys really day and get hair dye wipes. They worked pretty good for me.
