How to style naturally curly hair?

I've got really curly hair and I'm styling my hair with heat all the time, and it really ruins it :( Do you know any way to style the curls without heat and they would look healthy and tamed?

I used to have REALLY curly hair (it's now half wavy half straight; it doesn't look good) and I always used mousse. It helps keep the frizz down and it keeps your curls in place. You can also use a gel, which I used to use! Hope that helped!

Also, if your using heat, make sure to use a heat protectant!
