Drug store contour and highlight powder? I tried the physicians formula pearls but would like something more matte. I also tried one of their bronzers for the contour but didn't love it.

Flower Beauty has a great bronzer/blush duo with a more matte bronzer. I love using it for my contour since it blends beautifully into the skin.

I've heard ELF has a blush that can be used as a dupe for NARS albatross which is a highlighter.

Are you not liking the finish? It could be due to the fact that it's a bronzer which is used for a sun kissed finish to the skin not meant for contour but can be used if it's matte but then again the finish is still different that's why I think so many get frustrated with the products when it comes to powder bronzers that's why I prefer a foundation a shade darker to help with the illusion of bringing the features out it gives a great finish without the harsh look of powder and is blendable also you could try a matte bronze cream stick or any foundation stick as well every brand has them Nyx,L'oreal, maybelline, revlon, ect and all work the same just be sure to go with just a shade or two up depending on skin and make sure not to drag it down to your lower cheek. As for a highlighter I like an highlight brightener it gives off the right amount of brightness to the skin it is liquids as well I like neutrogena brightener.I have Nars albatross it's to shimmery for my everyday wear but is fantastic for a glam night look.I'm sure you'll find your perfect product soon and I hope this helps  :-)

Thanks @alma I don't know if it helped Carolyn but you surely do me!! Lol I only like powders to set with... I use to use them all the time but it always look ashy on my skin especially in the winter😔... I like sticks and liquid products work waaaayy better...

I sometimes use a matte brown eyeshadow for contour. It works great for me even though I'm fair.

Thank you girls! Alma this definitely helps I'm going to try the darker foundation like you said. as far as the highlight I was trying for a powder. I have a liquid highlighter but when I apply it after my foundation and powder however sparingly I feel like it kind of ruins the finish on those products. if I put it on before the powder it hides it. so trial and error I guess. thanks again!

Sleek contour kit is really good. They have one with a contour and highlight, and one with blusher aswell

I said there was an elf dupe for nars albatross.. I actually just bought it for my mua kit and its not as shimmery so great for everyday wear

I prefer powders for a more natural finish, sometimes creams and liquids can appear to harsh depending on your skin tone. I still stand by the the flower beauty duo blush, it's one of the best drugstore matte bronzers I've tried.

I haven't seen the flower beauty one so I picked up loreal true match in color coco, seems to be ok. I also got wet and wild highlighting powder. as Alma suggested got the neutrogina brighntner, think I'm really liking it. also using the banana powder. I like the look of all this except for it continuing to look a bit heavy and powdery no matter how much I try and blend it all.
