Put clear polish over them. The nasty taste of polish will make you want to not bite them.

Whenever you take nail polish of your nails leave the nail polish remover on. Jesu don't wash your hands afterwards. That's what I do, it really helps cuz the taste of remover is worse then the garlic crap.

I used to bite mine when I was little. Then I ripped half a nail off and it traumatised me. I don't do it anymore.
My little sister used to do it loads too. She ended up chomping down on her nails a few times though and causing tooth shaped dints right in the middle :s

If you don't want to paint your nails, go to Walmart or pet smart and get bitter spray to spray on your nails it is the BEST it got me to stop chewing on my softball glove and my dog to stop eating things lol:) good luck.

Well at your local drug store there is this clear nail polish you can put over any color or just alone and when you try to bite your nail it gives you finger nail a bitter taste and it doesn't smell or mess up your appetite

Try chewing on gum. But If I don't have gum, I chew on a straw. Haha they also have liquid stuff you can get at the store that taste terrible. But polish always does the trick too! :)
