Has anyone else had issues with this company? I ordered lashes back on 7/9/13 and still have not recieved them. I have gotten a tracking number and all it says is it has been shipped. Today I emailed them to let them know I hadnt recieved my order and am waiting to hear back. I have seen a few other people have had issues and they have reported it to the BBB. Now I might have to as well since I havent recieved my order. If they can't help I will be requesting a refund.

I have the owners cell number and email. I emailed today and will wait to see what he says. If they can't find my package then I will ask for a refund. Kinda disappointed because I see some people I follow on instagram getting free merchandise but I havent gottwn my order I paid for. I really liked the lashes I had ordered.

I just looked at there site and am now furious. There lashes are now 90 -95 cents for one set and I paid $1.50 each!!

Oh yeah. I know , I saw a few ladies have reported them to the BBB after waiting months. He ( the owner ) seems to be able to do giveaways at MAC stores and send products to people who don't pay for them. Will keep you up to date Alma.

I've seen so many people get ripped off by this company! They had a huge sale last week and I was going to buy a couple pairs but decided not to because I've heard such awful things about them. I was lurking the brands IG and apparently one girl tried contacting the owner through Insta because they weren't responding to her emails and they just deleted the comment and never got back to her or sent the lashes she ordered 3 months ago. So unprofessional! Hopefully they turn up though :)
