Hey gals!! So I've heard that putting garlic in a clear coat of nail polish and applying it every week makes your nails super strong, but has anyone ever tried it? My nails are so brittle and they always peel. Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated :)

The reason to why nails peel is the lack of milk to strengthen them so yeah drink milk!! I've never heard of the garlic thing before though.

Well this can be kind of pricey.. But OPI's original Nail Envy nail strengthener is the best. It never fails to help my nails get stronger & back to their longer length after some breakage.

After I come out of the ocean from swimming my nails always get stronger from the salt water and they grow fast! A good tip is to soak your hands (and feet) in salt water (water with just regular salt) once a week and that really helps!!
