White eyeliner in your tear duct. It's my life saver. Lol. Also you can get an eye refresh toll from elf. It helps to reduce redness and puffiness when you first wake up. Hope I helped! :)

Put a concealer under your eyes to help with bags and add some glittery white eye shadow to the corners of your eyes to make them pop

Another trick is to use highlighter, not white shadow, on the eyelids to catch the light better.
