Define my eyebrows!

So I have naturally shaped eyebrows, & I don't do a lot of plucking.. Problem is, I want to "define" my eyebrows, make them look clean & nice... I've went to a few salons & had them do it, but my eyebrows still looked the same. Is there any tips or maybe eyebrow kits out there that will help me?

I was going to try to do that, but like I said, I've got them waxed before & I saw no difference. I'm just tired of spending money & getting the same results!
