How can I recreate this whole makeup look, especially the cheeks? And do you think it would be as effective with dark brown eyes?

She has a very heavy contour with light pink blush above her cheekbones. To get this look you could use the elf blush and bronzer duo in the shade Antigua. For the eyes she has a white inner corner highlight, and a silverish grey blended over the lid and underneath the eye with mascara, I think this makeup look would suit brown eyes perfectly. :)
