I'm going to a fair tonight to watch tim hicks (a country singer) perform. What should I wear? I'm 16, and 5'5! Thanks a lot:)

I'd do high waisted jean shorts with like a cute country style crop top with braided pigtails and those cute cut-off tassel boots...
