YES! I have been using Mane & Tail shampoo forever and it has grow my hair and streghened it!

I only use the shampoo because it gives my hair a really thorough clean, and the conditioner doesn't do much for me. I usually use an Aussie deep conditioner or coconut oil when I wash my hair.
