I'm a 15 year old who wants to be a makeup artist , I'm really passionate about it and one of the things on my grand list of makeup artist accomplishment list is to work at MAC , I'm really curious about the industry and I want to know if you think a MAC MUA at a counter would let me shadow them.

They most likely will not due to the laws on minors working. Your best best is to shadow a freelance MUA than a MAC one. By shadowing a freelance MUA you learn more than shadowing a MAC employee who is working strictly with MAC products in a MAC environment therefore they're not working outside the box.

Most likely not and that's due to labor laws. I know at my local MAC store you must be at least 18 to work there.

You definitely have to be 18. What if you assisted a makeup artist who does brides? Go on jobs with them and get experience that way til you an work at a couter?

It doesn't hurt to ask and see if any of the MAC artists do freelance work outside of MAC.
