Well I'm 13 and the most I wear is foundation, blush, mascara and eyeliner so I guess it depends on the person. I also don't wear make up everyday!

At 13 you won't need too much foundation because most have young, flawless looking skin so maybe some mascara and a little blush to the cheeks. Not too much eye Makeup on a younger girl or it will look like she's playing dress up.

I'm 13 and I wear a light CC cream from sephora, blush in the winters, I'm pretty tan, mascara and occasionally eyeliner. I don't wear this everyday, but when I want to wear makeup, that's my look.
