Awe thanks so much leah! there is SO much to explain, I am actually going to be starting a new series on my youtube channel called "look like a beauty, train like a beast" and in those videos I am going to be showing my workouts, my motivation, and what I eat too, etc.etc.

so if you subscribe to my youtube channel you can get the latest videos that I post! I'm trying to get a bunch of those videos together before I start to post them, but it should be soon.
