Any tips to help nails get stronger?

Took off my nails a few days ago and I've so far used , opi nail envy original formula , a little nailtiques after artificial nails treatment , I did tea bags and glue around all my nails , I've used a nail ridge filler and nail glue and they are still breaking , anything else I should try?

Mince up garlic and put it in your clear polish, you can also start buying nail polishes with hardeners in them if you always paint your nails, that's helped a lot for me.

Try taking a multi vitamin! I started taking one a couple weeks ago and I've seen a big difference!

Avon nail strengthener works really good. And always keep them polished. I noticed when the nails are bare they tend to chip more and break.
