Dab some vaseline (petroleum jelly) onto your face in the area you want the wound. Then, just add some red blush or eyeshadow to it(If needed, add a little purple to make it a more realistic blood color) and you're done! Sorry for the low quality picture, but this is how to create a realistic wound! Hope it helped!
