I want to dye my hair lavender (as you guys suggested) but I don't want to go all out yet. so should I try highlights or under half of my hair first?

You're a blonde so I would try dip dye with the lavender.

The problem with that is I am a natural blonde but I've dyed it darker for a while so when I died it back to blonde, it ombred my hair so its darker on the ends & I hate it.

It's not really highlights its more of two chunks of hair on each side of like your ears if that makes any sense? Here's a pic of when I had them..
