So today I was bored and attempted a winged eyeliner or cat eye whichever it is. Does it look ok? And any tips to fix it up? And sorry my eye is weird.

I think you should make the line thinner, unless your going for the hardcore thick eyeliner. But over all its pretty good!!

I love the thick liner. Use concealer on a tiny brush to sharpen/ clean up the wing. Tutorial: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=E9ODW06gE-k.
