Is there any foundation that won't break my skin out & is soft on skin?

You're going to have to experiment with foundations to try the perfect one :\

I use to break out when I used foundations so I switched to a tinted bb cream and honestly I haven't had one breakout since

And it also gives me the same amount of coverage.

Same with me, bb creams are light and let your skin breathe. Make sure that it's oil free bc the oil can cause breakouts. Maybe a liquid to powder foundation will have that soft effect on the skin.

Neutrogena healthy skin makeup or Chanel Vitalumiere! They are both hydrating for the skin and have vitamins in the foundation.
BB cream is ok..but if your priority is coverage then bb is not your best choice. :)
