A homemade lip scrub is Vaseline and sugar (mainly sugar tho) salt works to.

Line them slightly out of your lip line and fill them in :)

Line your lips with a natural liner and go slightly outside your natural lip line. Put on a darker lip color and then a lighter color in the middle for dimension

Learn the magic of contouring and highlighting. Use lip liner or lipstick to trace around the outer edge of your lips. And use a highlighter on your Cupid's bow.
