Well...well I go to the nail shop and get an acrylic overlay over my nails, I've have seen the nail tech use the one second from the left (or something that looks similar to that) underneath my nail to shave away excess acrylic and the two white ones to buff the nail.
If you find out what what they are for and I'm completely off, I am so sorry! :)

Yeah I think it's for buffing your nails

The two on the ends are used for buffing and the other two and used for shaping I think :)
