I prefer pen or liquid liner that comes with a thin brush. When I'm doing someone else's makeup I prefer pot liner

Gel pot & very think eyeliner brush :) can't say I'm q fan of the pens because I wear eyeshadow...they seem to run out quicker than pots too :)

You can use a pencil eyeliner and dip it in the pot thingy!x
