Get a haircut from the hairdressers, that way they can identify the damaged hairs and cut them and you can ask them for tips too for your damaged hair :)
but I remember that happened to me when I was quite young and so I used less heat on my hair and before I washed my hair, I would massage some olive or coconut oil into my hair and leave it for a few hours or even a full night and then wash it out. and don't over-wash your roots because that will make them dry, instead really slap on the shampoo on the top of your head and naturally it will go down to the ends of your hair without drying them out too much as you wash it

I know lush does really good hair masks. just walk into the store and describe your hair to them and they will point you to some really good, natural, chemical-free hair masks.

The oils suggested are great! Also avocados are great for building up the moisture and helps with shine! Try not to straighten your hair and NO box dye. Try a semipermanent clear color on your hair, that can also help boost your hair damage to slim down. A good drug store product that I am absolutely in love with is the 3min miracle by Aussie! Amazing!! Definitely try it!

Coconut oil is a miracle oil! I love it and makes my hair soft and healthy. It's also good for a hair mask, or just for your ends. If you have split ends sorry but that can only get that fixed with a haircut!

Go to the hair dresser and ask for a "dusting". Right now I'm using the Organix line with the Argan oil and its a miracle. I just bought the hair mask and can't wait to try it out.
