I use the Nyx Super Skinny Marker. It's hard to explain how to do a wing, but what I do is I make my regular line and bring my wing out until the end of my eyebrow ( not all the way up) (and I you have long eyebrows, do not o as long)

Gel eyeliner would be the best option for your eyeshape cause you have way more control in my opinion. maybelline eye studio gel liner is good. get a liner brush [the ones that look like a skinny paint brush] and start off by creating your wing and lining your lash line to connect it to your wing. lining the lash line, using that technique would help the liner to not appear as thick.
