Toms! Toms! Toms! They're cuter, you're more able to wear them 'cause converse would look strange with a long summer dress, and besides there are more toms types than converse, converse are all like skater kind, and toms are like, girly, nice, navy, marine, daily-formal, casual... Sincerely I'd go for toms!
