Sorry I will be posting a lot because of my new scene hair, but what makeup should I do so I can complete the 'scene' look.

I'd go lighter on the bottom and top of the eyes as just do a simple winged eyeliner and colorful lp.

Well I used to be scene and like here's what I used to wear :)
Black eyeline on the waterline and upperlid, a bright yet dull color eyeshadow, balot of mascara and then a light color on the lips :)
