What Shampoo??

I want my hair to grow long again I had it cut to shoulder length :((((( and I want to be using a good shampoo to get it long again I use tresemme at the minute but I've heard people use mane and tail and all sorts so does anyone know what the best thing is to use and any techniques that will help it grow xoxoxo.

I know this sounds very weird but some body told me to brush my hair laying on my bed upside down for about 10 to 15 minutes cause the blood rushes to your hair follicles or how ever you spell it lol but any ways the blood helps it start growing faster
