If I go to sephora, or another beauty store, will they teach me a technique if I ask? I've heard of people learning stuff from the artists there , and I need to learn a couple things and I also want to sample some products! If I can how do I approach asking and artist? Help!!

Yeah they will. If you wanted to learn how to do winged liner just say that you are looking for a great liquid liner. While they are applying it just ask could you show me how to do a winged liner look? They will show you. That just an example.

Yes, they usually expect you to buy something when you ask them to apply makeup. But for example, I just got color matched for a foundation, and she finished off the makeup with blush and bronzer so I would have a complete look, even though I was just buying foundation. While she finished up I asked her about techniques and stuff, so that's a way you can learn things too.
