The easiest: sephora brush cleaner. Spray and clean with a paper towel takes about 30 seconds and no drying needed.

I like to use 1 cup of water and like a tablespoon of face wash. I swirl my brush in that mixture and then I make another mixture of it to get the rest of the makeup out. I then rinse it with cold water then hot then cold again and pat the brush dry.

I swirl my brushes in 99% alcohol. They dry faster that way and the bristles stay like new. Surprisingly the alcohol has no effect on the texture of my brushes.
