Try some nail strengthening serum. You can buy it at drug stores like cvs pharmacy and sometimes they come in sparkle glaze.

Biotin vitamin pill... they help with hair skin and skin.

Drink a lot of milk and calcium it helps. Also, you could buy some fortifying polish? It helps some people. Don't file your nails for a while and simple don't cut them until you have your length. If you put white tips, that helps them appear longer. (I have extremely long natural nails)

Nailtiques formula 2 is the best! You should look up reviews. I swear, this stuff is magic in a bottle! That plus biotin = Great Nails!
