For sixth, I'd say go with colored jeans and floral blouses. Currently, a lot of sacrilegious styles are in but I doubt they'd show that for sixth graders.

Colorful tees, skinny jeans, cute shoes. Don't go to far with the whole growing up thing tho. I just liked casual clothes until last year when clothes fascinated me!
