I have oily skin and acne but I've noticed that every time I wear makeup, my chin and above my upper lip get all dry and flaky and I've no idea why! I always cleanse and moisturise before putting on makeup and its only that part of my face that gets like that, does anyone else get this or know why my skin is like this??
