I would love to get a new look. Maybe you could help me with some ideas for hair, makeup, clothes, anything.

I would say do some temporary dye on the tips of your hair. (If your parents will let you, of course. c:) That would be awesome!~ (Blue and pink are good for brown haired girls)

Let your hair grow! I think it will look really good, For make up, you don't need very much, mascara, some eyeliner and maybe try to fill in your brows a little? Don't do too much, beacuse you're pretty without make up :)
