Wet n Wild lipsticks are good to start with. they're really good quality and a great price. for you I would go for a pastel pink.

Jude a tooth brush and rub it on your lips in a circular motion for three minutes. It sounds weird but it plumps your lips. Then apply lip gloss on top of a darker color it will make your lips look big
