Could you use a dense cheek brush as a stippleing brush?

Not sure...but stippling brushes are usually mixed fibers.

You could use a dense cheek brush for applying foundation, if that's what you mean. Stippling brushes are denser toward the ferrule and more sparse at the top. A dense cheek brush won't give you the same effect that a stippling brush will, but you can still use it for the same things if you wanted to.
