This dress I wore to a summer BBQ a few years ago. Would it still be fashionable to wear it again now? Any changes I could make to spice the outfit up a bit 😄... Ideas please!

Yes it is still fashionable. I would just go for a simple look as in the photo, maybe multiple gold bracelets and a pink jacket.
