Well I've practiced like once or twice but I couldn't get it so I gave up lol then I tried today with the gel liner and it worked great!

Yeah it's maybelline eye studio. It comes in a little jar with the brush. I didn't know how to use it before. I think I was scared of it for some reason haha but I just decided to go for it today and that's what I got.

How much was the maybelline liner because I have never tried gel liner and I really want to.

I honestly don't even remember @tahmina I got a few months ago. I don't think it was more then $9. It does cost more then the pencils though
