I love love loveee Sugarpill's 4-color eyeshadow palettes. If you're into bright colors of course! Also Urban Decay's Deluxe Shadow palette. So many gorgeous colors!

Laura Mercier's Lingerie palette is a fav or mine as of late for neutral/smokey/plum looks - perfect for looks going from day to night/career to party. =)

Sugarpill's 4 color quads are AMAZING for the value and a must-have for all bright eyeshadow lovers... I personally do not have the guts to wear brights, but I own all 3, and love the color payoff on all of them. A def. VALUE. =D

Naked palettes [1+2] I have... but are not a MUST. If you're a beginner lacking in neutrals, it's nice to have, but the colors are dupeable, and the quality of NAKED2 is lacking compared to that of the original NAKED palette.

UD Naked Palette...I highly recommend (or the Naked 2) and buildable palettes from MAC (though with those you really need to play with the colors in store before purchasing).
