Booty shorts and other revealing clothing are NEVER going to be agreed on. I think girls who show their ass cheeks are probably young girls who don't care who's around and could catch a look at their body and are not mature enough to have the sense to be considerate of all. Obviously their "idgaf" attitude means they don't care who they affect. But after your teen years, I think you should grow up. I know that if I were out in public with my children, and there was a woman showing half her ass, I would LITERALLY cover my children's eyes and walk the other direction ASAP! Wear what you like in your own privacy. But if others can see, respect THEM. Please. You don't know who is around. If you were a mother, I would hope that you wouldn't ruin your child's innocence by dressing like that. It's not about caring who judges you or what they think of you. People judge no matter what. It's having the decency to respect others. Also, I would be embarrassed if my grandmother saw me in revealing clothes. Maybe it's because I RESPECT her and what she probably DOESN't want to see.

Lmao WOW when is it going to stop?! When are woman going to stop judging each other based on what they wear? Quite frankly I think it's idiotic and if some of you women actually believe that clothes or "lack of" make up your morals and who you are as a person you seriously need to open your damn eyes. You know I've seen some very dirty disgusting deeds done by some very dirty bitches who wore skirts down to their ankles, covered their wrists etc. I like to think I dress in a sexy way but I'm smart about it I guess conservative sexy is what you can call it and you know what? I walk in some where and I still get the dirty looks from girls. So what do I get from this? It's a jealous thing even though most of us won't admit we get defensive when we see another woman who's comfortable with herself, wears whatever the hell she wants, and feels sexy. A couple of quotes I love and I think that SOME women need to think about "judging a person doesn't define who they are it defines who YOU are." To start off with, I don't like booty shorts and that's my opinion and everyone should value it. Why? Well I think it's gross to show off your ass, I mean be RESPECTFUL to not only yourself but also others around you. If you wear some booty shorts in public and your married and a man gets attracted and he takes it the wrong way and you didn't intend then one thing leads onto another just because you dressed inappropriately?! That's how nowadays the younger generation like to copy the older generation and the younger ones get the wrong impression then the future generation will be messed up. I think it's gross and disrespectful to other religions for example: Muslim men aren't aloud to see any other women's body exempt their own wife's body. #rantover.

We're supposed to embrace one another's individuality and empower our sisters..not rip each other apart with such harsh words. I understand your opinions and even if I don't agree with them I will still value it. You talk about the girls who show their bodies as if they are pure scum. Spoiler alert!! Us girls who do like to show what we've got aren't bad people..or trashy or classless etc. Some of the greatest woman I know flaunt their beautiful gifts and it doesn't make them any different than those who don't. This thread is hilarious!! And yes there are men that wear shorty shorts too. We have a guy that lives at the entrance of our subdivision who mows his lawn wearing super short denim cut offs, his cowboy boots, cowboy hat and no tee shirt. Oh, and a cigar hanging out his mouth. Its the most disgusting thing and when he bends down...oh my freakin word...talk about wanting to hurl.

The grossest thing I have going in my neighborhood is the elderly man who lives across the street..he sun bathes everyday in his front yard and always cuts his toenails while doing so. I can hear the clip! clip! clip! sound all the way across to my house. I'm all about proper grooming but daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn there is a line!! Lol!

Cassandra I agree with you. Remember ladies if you dress like a xxx then you will be treated like an xxx. Like it or not that's the society we live in. Nothing wrong with booty shorts but if your arse is hanging out of them you give people the impression your up for it. I bought up this topic last night to a roomful of friends both male and female and you do not want to know comments they made and what they thought of people who do this. The beach is ok but not out in public.
