Only brush your hair with a wide tooth comb so it doesnt break any hair folicals! Never brush your hair in the shower, let your hair airdry and wait until 60-70% of your hair is dry for you to brush it! And use small amounts of shampoo and always use conditioner! Dont tie it really tight just leave it down or in pigtails! Hope this helps, contact me on twitter, tumblr, or facebook if you want anymore tips! Thanks, Tara.

Is your hair coloured? Because I found when I used Colour B4 hair stripper, my hair grew so so quickly!

No heat or dye. An everyday leave in conditioner and a leave split end mender once a week along with normal shampoo and a moisturizzing conditioner improved my length

You could take vitamins or massage your scalp every night to make your hair stronger, but there's really no science perfected in making hair grow faster, just myths!

using Biotin really helps as well to strengthen nails skin and hair *its a vitamin*. also, when brushing your hair try to brush it from the bottom and work your way up to the roots so you dont tug on your hair <3
Hope this helps ^-^

Mane and tail, I know this is weird, but it's a shampoo made for horses AND humans! It works really well because my hair grew thicker and longer noticeably within 2 weeks. It's kind of expensive, but the bottles are huge. The downside is that if you use it everyday, your hair gets buildup and its not good. I only used the conditioner every 2 days and on the days im not using it i just use my regular shampoo and conditioner.
If you have any questions or want anymore tips just message us on any of the sites we're using!!

You can buy it online on amazon or you can buy it at your local walmart, it will be in the pet isle where pet shampoos are. (It still can be used on human hair) The bottle sizes have changed since I last used it but I looked online and they have smaller bottles and the 12oz shampoo is 4$ as well as the conditioner.

By buildup I mean if you use too much conditioner and don't wash it all out very well it'll make long hair look like its oily and feel kind of gross. I don't know if its good or not for damaged hair from poroxiding, but it helps with split ends? Hope this helps
