First of all, make a lip scrub. Using a lip scrub will get rid of the excess peeling, dry bits of skin on your lips. It's just Vaseline, honey and some white sugar! :)
Then at Ulta try to find Nivea lip butters, or Burt's Bees lipbalm.

Okay Chapstick has an agent in it that makes them peel more, if your lips are sunburnt, put black tea bags in warm water then on your lips if they are just chapped put green tea bags on them. The natural agents in the tea bags will take away pain and help heal them. After the tea bags, dry them and put baby oil on them. Throughout the rest of the day you can put on Chapstick if you want.

Make a lip scrub with sugar and lemon juice then apply Vaseline every night and a thick high moisturizing chap stick. Oh and apply Vaseline in the morning as well.

Avoid anything with the ingredients with parabens and petroleum jelly these potenltially dry lips if anything my favotite sre burts beed and they are super hydrating or you can use Body shop lip butters.

Babylips! I use that during the day underneath my lipstick/gloss and at night I use blistex moisture melt. My lips have never been more hydrated!
